You have make a rhythmic loop.
Your sound looks like a techno track on Eukatech Records if you know (I think it was this record of Waverider : [url]http://www.discogs.com/release/178128[/url] ) if you don't, I will send you just because you must to hear it.
Increase your bass frequences on your kicks, and add one main FX. Play on it and try to construct a story structure.
When you do this sound, you must do to jump people.
